CIT Program

Our Coach In Training (CIT) program at Next Level Watersports aims to cultivate the next generation of top-tier coaches from within our community. Prerequisites for participation include a genuine passion for watersports, a basic understanding of kiting, wakeboarding, winging, and hydrofoiling, active involvement in our Kids Clinic programming, and a valid driver's license. Throughout the CIT program, participants will:

  • Excel in a team-oriented environment
  • Enhance motorboat operation skills
  • Gain knowledge of boat mechanical systems
  • Improve watersports proficiency
  • Develop teaching abilities in watersports

The program spans two years, from ages 16 to 18, culminating in the opportunity to obtain a captain's license and transition into a full-time coaching role. CITs play a crucial role in supporting Next Level Watersports by handling behind-the-scenes tasks such as boat preparation, equipment maintenance, basic repairs, fueling, and ensuring seamless client experiences on a daily basis.

The NLW CIT program offers paid positions. If interested, please send your resume and CV (or other relevant experience) directly to desk@nextlevelwatersports.com. Please note that we do not accept inquiries from parents on behalf of their child.
