We are excited to say that Next Level Watersports is hiring!

We are not seeking your average kiteboarding instructor. Eligible candidates will be seasoned, personable kiteboarding instructors experienced with working with premium clientele, handling boats & watercraft, and must be talented, passionate kiteboarders and surfers interested in all disciplines of these sports. We are seeking candidates with a business mindset who are eager to help us grow our company, take a leadership role, and grow alongside Next Level Watersports.

POSITION DETAILS:

- June through September on Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard; Subsidized housing provided; Strong potential for a year-round, stable position within NLW based on performance during Summer 2018 within our southern locations and beyond as our company grows; Opportunity to take clients on Surgical Strike Missions to the coolest kite locations in the world

- Preference will be given to instructors with: Prior business experience; ability to, and passion for, generating engaging media; driven salesperson with an existing client deck who knows how to relate to their clients and ensure delivery of the best service available in every interaction; well traveled and knowledgeable of the best kiteboarding spots in the world; is mature and carries themselves professionally

That’s a Wrap!

This summer, we taught a record number of lessons this year to students of all ages. Beginner kiteboarders made their first gear purchases, while some of the more advanced (and adventurous!) went ripping through grassy hidden floodplains of the island. To us, teaching these sports and activities is like sharing a gift. Nothing makes us happier than, two years after teaching someone how to get their first ride, you see them go flying by (questionably overpowered), screaming in delight on a 17 meter, getting serious air, and coming on their first downwinders with the crew. It’s why we do it, and we can’t wait to get more people going!

Nantucket Season Opener - 2019

After another Winter in Stuart, Florida, we are excited to announce that we are open for business beginning our fourth year on Nantucket. We wanted to give our clients an update on our adventures since we departed last Fall & let everyone know what is on deck for this Summer season.
